Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling Receives Equipment

The folks over at the San Antonio based Brewery/Distillery have posted photos of their new equipment over on their website.

No official word on a location, but I have heard they are getting settled and should be brewing some exciting recipes this summer.

From the horse’s mouth:

Well, the first photos of our equipment have arrived. I would be lying if I said i didn’t feel like a parent showing off pictures of their kids.

Us: “Isn’t this equipment adorable?”

Everyone else: “Um…yeah…adorable. Doesn’t it look kind of unfinished?”

Us: “Well, maybe, but you can tell that it’s going to be BEAUTIFUL when it is finished!”

Everyone else: “Yep. Sure.”

Anyways, our still is complete and all crated up already, and the brewhouse, as you can see, is getting pretty darn close! Who’s excited!!

Circle Brewing Getting Equipped

Team Circle Brewing announced on their blog that things are coming along:

I hope you’re salivating. As we get closer and closer to securing a location, our equipment is finishing up its fabrication in China. Here are a few choice pictures of the brewhouse as it is being created from scratch. Pretty cool stuff. We can’t wait to put her to use. We’ll keep you up to date on new developments as they happen.

No word on where this equipment is being assembled, but here are some pics… more on their site.

Alright, get them shits put together and let’s start making some beer, gentlemen.

Jester King Acquires Brewhouse and Fermentation Tanks

Via a press release sent by Mr. Stuffing:

Jester King Craft Brewery in Austin has purchased a new 30 barrel brewhouse from Newland Systems, Inc. located outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We chose Newland Systems because we were very impressed with their quality. They have a great reputation for crafting well-designed, durable brewhouses. Jester King’s brewhouse will be built in British Columbia over the next six to eight weeks then shipped to Austin…

Very nice. As we previously reported, the Jester King brothers have acquired land and a warehouse in southwest Austin near Driftwood.

Also from the press release:

Michael Steffing at Jester King has been working on the plans for outfitting the brewhouse once it arrives. Here are a few designs he created of the brewhouse with hot and cold liquor tanks, a grist case and brewhouse piping.

These look like screenshots from some awesome brewing video game. Maybe it’s on the Wii.

A little more from the press release:

Jester King purchased four 30 barrel conical fermenters from Pacific Brewery System Technologies to begin making craft beer. The concrete foundation for the warehouse will be poured later this month, and the warehouse is scheduled to be up by the end of March.
