Episode 6 with the Beer Wench of Drink With The Wench and Ryan Fulmer of Uncle Billy’s Brew & Cue
Alright, alright, alright. Welcome to another episode of Over a Pint *cheers*. We shot this video a few weeks ago when the Beer Wench was sweeping through ATX on a mission with Project Y-ine.
We need to a give a huge huge thanks to Ryan and Uncle Billy’s for their hospitality.
This 15 minute episode, Ryan leads the Beer Wench and Chris through some of Uncle Billy’s finest. Mr. Fulmer, via Mr. Brian Peters’ creations, takes our palates on an exciting journey starting with the easy peasy Back 40 Blonde to the thick richness of the Insomniac Espresso Stout.
This video is great for a few reasons, let me tell you. First, we shot this video on a Thursday night, ladies’ night at Uncle Billy’s. At about the 5:10 mark you see an interesting “gentleman” enter stage right. He stands, looks confused, then asks us something to the effect of “where/why do you have a girls’ night out at a barbecue joint?”… Yup.
Then right at about 13 minutes our good friend Lee from I Love Beer stumbled upon our small group and excitedly recognizes and greets Aaron of Craft Austin.

Um… please excuse the slight video skipping… we have no excuse… I’m sure you expect some amateurish shenanigans like this from us at this point.
Anyways, I just watched it and think it’s a great video. Keep in mind we just finished a mighty tasting at the Draught House (thanks again!), so if we look a little weathered…
So crack open a cold one and join us as we discuss Uncle Billy’s, drinking beer in TX, BBQ, ladies’ night, the Richie family, and so on and so forth.
