I agree. All 3 beers were very nice. The thing I noticed the most was how much the grain tastes seemed to come out in the beer since the hops and malts were so subdued in the flavor. But like you I’d have liked a touch more malt in the Alt and a bit more sour in the sour and maybe a bit more hops flavor. Though I did enjoy the grain tastes in both so maybe tweaking them would ruin that aspect. All in all, very enjoyable. And both of the guys were extremely nice. I’m sure they’ll do well here in town.
