		<description>I agree. All 3 beers were very nice. The thing I noticed the most was how much the grain tastes seemed to come out in the beer since the hops and malts were so subdued in the flavor. But like you I&#039;d have liked a touch more malt in the Alt and a bit more sour in the sour and maybe a bit more hops flavor. Though I did enjoy the grain tastes in both so maybe tweaking them would ruin that aspect. All in all, very enjoyable. And both of the guys were extremely nice. I&#039;m sure they&#039;ll do well here in town. Cheers guys.</description>
