Sam Adams Tasting/Pairing at Alamo Drafthouse Lake Creek Hosted by Bob Cannon
Yikes stripes. This looks pretty great.
Some hard to get Sam Adams’ treasures presented by none other than brewmaster extraordinaire, Bob Cannon (the guy in the coveralls wt the huge red beard in the commercials), sounds good to me.
It’s this coming Tuesday, the 10th of August at 8pm.
I meant to post about it when first heard a few weeks ago but my day job got in the way (yes, this is not a full time gig. I know, incredible how great it is despite…)

Served w/ Smoked sardines with Boggy creek farms baby arugula and American Kriek vinaigrette

Served w/ Wurst and Cheese Plate
New World Tripel
Cream Stout
Served w/ Richardson Farms Pork Belly braised with cherry and pearl onions in Sam Adams Lager with double bock mashed potatoes, roast local squash
Imperial Stout
American Kriek
Summer Berry Pudding with Stout creme
You’ll recall that Lake Creek puts on some pretty nice beer tastings/pairings.
I don’t expect anything less from this one.
